This Privacy Policy explains how Tegpun (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit tegpun.com, contact us, or request a free growth audit. Tegpun is a performance marketing agency for D2C brands, based in India. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

- Audit information: if you request an audit, details about your brand, monthly ad spend and, only with your permission, view-only access to your ad accounts and analytics.
- Chat messages: if you use the “Ask Tegpun” assistant on our site, the questions you type and the replies generated.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referring website and similar data collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
- Technical data: IP address and server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and run your free growth audit.
- To provide our services if you become a client, including reporting and account management.
